Synopsis
In a small American town whose inhabitants have been evacuated because of a dam that will give way under the pressure of heavy rains, two conveyors of funds make their tour. But, blocked by the flood, they are, in addition, victims of a robbery and one of them is shot down. The survivor, Tom ( Christian Slater ), manages to hide the money. The robbers run after him but Tom will have to make an alliance with them, money attracting the covetousness of the few people who remained on the spot …
